It works together with our Refund Policy, whose promise is simple: you approve every line of the lyrics before we produce your song — love it or full refund within 24 hours of delivery.

Before lyrics are shared
Cancel any time before we share your lyrics draft and you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
During the lyrics review
You see the full lyrics before production and can change any line. If we can't get the lyrics to a place you're happy with, you can cancel during the review for a full refund.
After delivery
Once your song is delivered, cancellation no longer applies — but the satisfaction guarantee does. If you are not happy with the delivered song, request a refund within 24 hours of delivery under our Refund Policy.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Navigate to your Order History
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click the "Request Cancellation" button
- Fill out the cancellation request form with your reason for cancellation

Cancellation Processing
Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day. Any eligible refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
