As an AI-powered music creation service, we do not employ human songwriters, lyricists, or music producers - all content is generated through our artificial intelligence systems. This policy outlines the process for cancelling an order and what to expect.
Cancellation Windows
Before Production Begins
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and before our team begins working on your song, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
During Lyrics Writing Process
If you cancel your order after our team has begun working on your song but before lyrics are delivered for approval, you may receive a partial refund of up to 70% of the amount paid.
After Lyrics Delivery but Before Approval
If you cancel your order after lyrics have been delivered but before you approve them, you may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the amount paid.
After Lyrics Approval
Once you have approved the lyrics for your song, the order cannot be cancelled as the production process will be substantially complete. No refunds will be issued except in cases where there are significant technical issues with the final delivery.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Navigate to your Order History
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click the "Request Cancellation" button
- Fill out the cancellation request form with your reason for cancellation

Cancellation Processing
Our team will review your cancellation request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, any eligible refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days.
