Brainytots specializes in creating AI-generated personalized songs that are delivered electronically. Our service uses advanced artificial intelligence technology to create unique songs - we do not employ human songwriters, lyricists, or music producers. As our product is digital in nature and AI-generated, traditional shipping methods do not apply.
Digital Delivery Process
Standard Delivery
All songs are delivered digitally through our online platform. Once your song is complete, you will receive an email notification with instructions to download your song from your account dashboard.
Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days from the date of lyrics approval. For express orders, we aim to deliver within 48 hours of lyrics approval.
File Formats
Songs are delivered in high-quality MP3 format. If you require alternative formats (WAV, FLAC), please contact our support team after placing your order.
Physical Products (Special Cases)
In certain special cases where we offer USB drives or CDs with your personalized song:
- Shipping is available only within India
- Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after song completion
- Expedited shipping options (2-3 business days) are available for an additional fee
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location
International Customers
Our digital products are available worldwide. However, any physical merchandise (if applicable) can only be shipped within India at this time.
