Brainytots specializes in creating personalized songs that are delivered electronically. Songs are produced using automated music-production technology; we do not employ human songwriters, lyricists, or music producers. As our product is digital in nature, traditional shipping methods do not apply.
Digital Delivery Process
Standard Delivery
All songs are delivered digitally through our online platform. Once your song is complete, you will receive an email notification with instructions to download your song from your account dashboard.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard orders are delivered within 48 hours of order placement, subject to your timely review and approval of the lyrics. Express orders are delivered within 6 hours under the same condition.
File Formats
Songs are delivered in high-quality MP3 format. If you require alternative formats (WAV, FLAC), please contact our support team after placing your order.
Physical Products (Special Cases)
In certain special cases where we offer USB drives or CDs with your personalized song:
- Shipping is available only within India
- Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after song completion
- Expedited shipping options (2-3 business days) are available for an additional fee
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location
International Customers
Our digital products are available worldwide. However, any physical merchandise (if applicable) can only be shipped within India at this time.
