Our promise is simple: you approve every line of the lyrics before we produce your song. Love it or full refund within 24 hours of delivery. This page spells out exactly how that works.
The Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your delivered song, write to us within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no forms, no fights. We will usually offer to revise it first (most concerns are fixed by changing a few lines), but the choice is yours.
Before Delivery
Before lyrics are written
Cancel any time before we share your lyrics draft and you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
During the lyrics review
You see the full lyrics before production and can change any line until they are exactly right. Each package includes revisions (Quick: 2, Premium: 3, Ultimate: unlimited). If we can't get the lyrics to a place you're happy with, you can cancel during the review for a full refund.
After Delivery
Request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your song and we will process it in full. After the 24-hour window, refunds are issued only for technical faults we cannot fix (for example, a corrupted or undeliverable file).
Fair-Use Limits
- The satisfaction guarantee covers one refund per customer. It exists to remove your risk on a first order, not to make songs free.
- A refunded song (and its lyrics, artwork, and reel) may not be used, shared, or published after the refund is issued.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
