Our service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence technology to create unique songs - we do not employ human songwriters, lyricists, or music producers. All content is generated through our AI systems. We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund, and we've outlined our policy below:

Refund Eligibility

Before Production Begins

If you cancel your order before our team begins working on your song (within 24 hours of placing your order), you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

During Production Process

If you cancel your order after our team has begun working on your song but before the lyrics approval stage, you may receive a partial refund of up to 70% of the amount paid.

After Lyrics Approval

Once you have approved the lyrics for your song, we consider the creative work to be substantially complete. No refunds will be issued after lyrics approval except in cases where there are significant technical issues with the final delivery that we are unable to resolve.

After Delivery

We do not offer refunds after the final song has been delivered, except in cases where there are significant technical issues with the final delivery that we are unable to resolve within 14 days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@brainytots.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
