While we strive to deliver high-quality results, the creative process is entirely automated through our AI systems.
2. Account Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities that occur under your account.
3. Our Services
Brainytots provides personalized song creation services based on information you provide. By submitting content for your personalized song, you grant us the right to use, modify, and incorporate that content into your song.
4. Payment and Billing
Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout.
5. Delivery and Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 3-5 business days from lyrics approval. Express orders will be delivered within 48 hours from lyrics approval. Production time begins only after lyrics have been approved.
6. Revisions and Modifications
Each package includes a specific number of revisions as indicated at the time of purchase. Additional revisions may be available for an extra charge. Major changes requested after lyrics approval may incur additional fees.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes. Brainytots retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the song, including copyright to the music, melody, and arrangement.
You may not:
- Use the song for commercial purposes without obtaining an additional license
- Sell, redistribute, or publicly perform the song
- Claim ownership or authorship of the song
8. User Content
When you provide us with information for creating your song, you represent that you have the right to share this information and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
